Howard spent many years working with Johnson & Johnson on International Business Development, initially at their Slough office before re-locating to the Switzerland office. Howard was responsible for identifying, appointing and managing Distributors across a wide region where J&J did not have direct representation themselves, including in emerging markets. On leaving J&J, Howard has undertaken various roles including working with an Ostomy Care Accessories company to develop European and Middle East markets for their product range.

Howard and the team have worked together on various projects over the past 20 years, and have developed a strong working relationship which exploits their complimentary skill sets.
